Paolo Siccardo, a Founder, President and Chief
Executive Officer, is responsible for defining and executing
the Business Strategy of the company. He works closely
with the team to develop Digital Keystone's product and engineering
plans.
Paolo Siccardo has over 20 years of experience in General
Management and Business Development of high technology products.
Prior to the inception of Digital Keystone, Paolo Siccardo
was Executive Vice President and GM of Digital Television
and Strategic Market Development of SCM Microsystems, a leading
OEM supplier of Digital TV Security technology and a Digital
Keystone business partner.

Paolo Siccardo held positions as Senior Vice President of
Marketing and Business Development of SunUp, a leader in
content management software for the satellite and cable-TV
industry; Vice President of Engineering and then General
Manager with Hyundai Electronics, where he launched the
world's first Open TV Set Top Box; and Project Manager at
Hewlett-Packard, where he managed the development of the
world's first Video on Demand Server. With Compression Labs,
Paolo Siccardo developed the world's first AT&T videophone
and PC video conferencing product. Paolo Siccardo holds a MSEE
degree from the University of Genoa, Italy. Several U.S and
International patents have been awarded or are pending in his

Luc
Vantalon
Luc Vantalon, a Founder, Vice President and
Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for defining and
executing the Technology Strategy of Digital Keystone.
Luc Vantalon has over 15 years of experience in Technology
and Business Development of Digital Entertainment products.
Prior to the inception of Digital Keystone, Luc Vantalon was
Director and then Vice President of Architecture and Business
Development for SCM Microsystems, a Digital Keystone business
partner. With SCM, he designed and launched the world's first
universal Conditional Access solution. Previously Luc Vantalon
held the positions of Digital Video Program manager with Temic,
a leader in Digital Entertainment silicon solutions; ASIC
Group Leader with Matra MHS; and lead architect with UCI,
where Luc Vantalon designed the world's first JPEG decoder
in partnership with France Telecom. Luc Vantalon holds a MSEE
degree with specialization in VLSI from the University of
Paris-Orsay, France, and over ten US and International patents
have been awarded or are pending in his name.

Fred
Serre
Fred Serre, Vice President and General Manager
Europe, is responsible for managing the operations and business
development activities of Digital Keystone in EMEA.
Fred Serre has over 10 years of experience in Operations and
Business Development of Digital Television technologies. Prior
to joining Digital Keystone, Fred worked for OpenTV, the world's
leading interactive television company, and one of the Top
50 fastest growing technology companies in Silicon Valley.
Based at the headquarters in California, Fred was the Director
of Operations of the Western Professional Services Business
Unit, managing projects and product deployment teams. Previously,
Fred held the position of Director of Worldwide Technical
Marketing and the Director of Worldwide Sales Support. Previously
Fred held the positions of Project Manager and Business Development
Manager at Thomson Broadcast Systems, a subsidiary of Thomson
Multimedia, where he contributed winning key deals for the
group and oversaw directly the deployment of one of the very
first European digital television turnkey system with conditional
access and interactivity. Prior to Thomson Broadcast Systems
Fred held project management responsibilities with Thales,
a leader in digital broadcasting systems. Fred Serre holds
an engineering degree from the National Institute of Physics
of Marseille, France and is a keen windsurfer.
